This disciplinary proceeding against respondent Adam Donald Bourgeois, an attorney, arose out of the conversion of funds to his own use. The Committee on Grievances of the Chicago Bar Association, as commissioners under Rule 59, filed a report finding that respondent's conduct tends to defeat the administration of justice and to bring the courts and legal profession into disrepute...
