On May 11, 1958 fire destroyed a drivein theatre owned by appellant, Frontier Theatres, Inc., located near the City of Pecos, in Reeves County, Texas. Certain household furnishings, clothing, money, jewelry and other personal property belonging to an employee of appellant (Mrs. Blanche Elizabeth Brown), not used by her in the employment, were lost or destroyed in the fire.
