PER CURIAM.

A county attorney's information accused defendant of the crime of breaking and entering in violation of section 708.8, Code 1958, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not to exceed ten years in the state penitentiary at Fort Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Hence the judgment is
