In this action plaintiff seeks to require defendant to deliver 6220 shares of stock of the Northern Virginia Doctors Hospital Corporation (Hospital) and to pay $15,000 for reimbursement of monies expended and attorneys fees or, alternatively, to recover money damages totaling $201,600.
