This proceeding arose out of a claim for death benefits by claimant widow on behalf of herself and children on account of the death of her husband Henry Brown, June 21, 1960, from a heart attack in the course of his employment by defendant employer. Claimant additionally contended that her husband died as the result of personal injury arising out of his employment.
