This is an action brought by Dorman B. Hall, plaintiff, against Jess J. Hadley and Jack O. Clouse, defendants, in the district court for Lincoln County, Nebraska, to recover damages for injuries sustained by the plaintiff to his right leg when it was caught between a haywagon and a gate.
