Appellant and Larry Gene Gallegos were jointly accused by amended information in one count of robbery, and two counts of kidnaping for the purpose of robbery. It was alleged in Count I of the information that on February 29, 1960, appellant, while armed with a deadly weapon, took $176.76 from the immediate presence of James and Marcene Holmes by means of force and fear. It was also alleged that appellant had been previously convicted of the crime of violation...
