His petition alleges that on November 7, 1958, at about the hour of 5:15 to 5:20 p. m., he was driving his farm tractor in a southerly direction on the river road when defendant, Joseph S. Becnel, Sr., driving his Chevrolet automobile in the same direction negligently caused his automobile to collide with the left rear...
