This is a Workmen's Compensation case. Jim Jolly was employed by J. M. Hampton and Sons Lumber Company, as a sawmill worker, near Mt. Ida, Arkansas. On the morning of October 13, 1959, Jolly, while performing the duties of his employment, came in contact with a defective conduit carrying electricity, and received an electric shock, and burns about the face, arm and leg.
