These are two actions of trespass on the case for negligence brought by a wife and her husband to recover for personal injury and consequential damages alleged to have been sustained by reason of a collision between two motor vehicles. The cases were tried together to a jury in the superior court and resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff wife in the amount of $1,200 and for the plaintiff husband in the amount of $300.
