This appeal is from a summary final judgment by which appellee, Hygrade Food Products Corporation, was awarded a money judgment for amounts paid by it under protest to the Florida Livestock Board as fees for inspecting frozen meat, together with an amount representing the value of a quantity of meat which spoiled as a result of the required inspection.
