This is a concursus proceeding instituted by Sohio Petroleum Company to have judicially determined the ownership of certain funds which have been and are being deposited in the Registry of the Court, representing payments attributable to a royalty interest accruing from two gas production units located in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
