Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal following a declination to amend his first amended complaint, a demurrer thereto having been sustained with leave to amend.

The asserted cause of action is for damages arising from the sale by Toy Box, a Pasadena retailer, of a bow and arrow to one Mary Boyd who, in turn, permitted its use by her 10-year-old son, Randy. Both mother and son were also named as defendants. Plaintiff-minor, then 4 years...
