This is an action to review an order of the Texas Real Estate Commission. The judgment of the trial court denying relief is affirmed.

Appellant, Phillip Kost, was licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, under the provisions of the Real Estate License Act, Art. 6573a, Vernon's Tex.Civ.St., as a Real Estate Salesman for the calendar year 1960.
