Plaintiff brought an action for damages sustained in a collision between an automobile owned and driven by him and one owned by defendant, Muriel Thomas and driven by the other defendant, Ruby Irene Thomas. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff of $15,000.00, $9,000.00 of which was for loss of future earning capacity as shown by the jury's response to a special interrogatory.
