Ruby Savage, a non-borrowing plaintiff, was awarded damages against Signature Loans, Inc. and W. Lee Moore, Jr. for "unreasonable collection efforts" directed against said Ruby Savage in an attempt to collect a loan made to her employee, Arzalia Bailey.
