This is an appeal by the owners of an automobile sales agency from a zoning board of adjustment decision which partially refuses their application to erect certain metal poles and illuminated plastic panels along two sides of a used car lot which forms a portion of their premises in Newtown Borough. The main question is whether the proposed structure, or any part of it, would constitute a "sign" within the meaning of the applicable zoning...
