Plaintiff, Julian J. Loeb, doing business as The National Roofing and Siding Company, instituted suit against Defendants, Myrtis L. Johnson, his wife Willie Johnson, Andrew Rendon, and his wife Lynette Rendon, for damages allegedly sustained by Plaintiff as a result of a breach by Defendants of a contract for roofing and installation of weatherboarding on Defendants' residence.
