The appellants brought an action against the appellee in the District Court for the Southern District of Florida, basing jurisdiction solely on diversity of citizenship, and claiming $500,000.00 for breach of contract. The appellants are a firm of engineers. The appellee was, at the time of the making of the contract upon which suit was brought, engaged in the production and distribution of manufactured gas for fuel in the City of Jacksonville...
