BOBBITT, Justice.

Immediately after said collisions, Parker was dead. The evidence was sufficient to support a finding that his death was proximately caused by one or both of the collisions.

The paved portion of the highway was approximately 22 feet wide. On the east side, there was an eight-foot shoulder. On the west side, the shoulder was "maybe 6 feet or 7 feet."
