LaLonde, in June, 1958, prior to entering a hospital for a serious operation, made his savings account in the Peoples National Bank & Trust Company of Bay City joint with appellee, Loretta Stehle, turned over to her the key to his safety deposit box, and gave her certain oral instructions as to the disposition of money in the account in the event of his death, such instructions admittedly being to pay all debts and claims and give the balance...
