Appellant, Hershell Stacy, was employed by Carter's Garage as a mechanic and on September 12, 1959, was repairing a disabled vehicle on the highway when he was struck by an automobile driven by South Noble, Jr. and owned by Hollis Gashaw. He was seriously injured.
