BELL, Judge.

This action arose from a collision between a tractor-trailer motor vehicle, a smaller truck, and a passenger automobile. The driver of the passenger automobile sued the owners and agents of the other two vehicles for alleged personal injuries and property damage inflicted upon him by the collision. The demurrers of the defendants were overruled, and the case proceeded to trial before the judge without the intervention
