On the 6th day of January, 1961, appellant, Mary Lou Henson, was charged by information filed by the prosecuting attorney, with the crime of murder in the first degree. On the 16th day of April, 1961, the defendant, Henson, was indicted by the Craighead County Grand Jury for murder in the second degree for the same alleged killing. The defendant was released on $5,000.00 bail-bond made by the United Bonding...
