IRWIN, Justice.

C.R. Bassel and Bess L. Bassel, defendants in error, commenced proceedings to quiet full title to certain lands in Harmon County, Oklahoma. Plaintiffs in error, defendants below, asserted ownership in an undivided one-half interest in the minerals and by cross-petition sought to quiet their title to said one-half interest.
