Defendants appeal from an order granting plaintiffs' motion for a new trial following a jury verdict for defendants. Plaintiffs' son, driving their Jeep station wagon, collided with defendants' truck and trailer loaded with shingles. The accident occurred at 8 p.m. April 15, 1959, on Highway 41 in Madera County.
