WILSON, Justice.
Judgment for insurer was rendered on its motion in this workmen's compensation case, notwithstanding jury findings that appellant was an employee of Gulf Oil Corporation, as he alleged; and notwithstanding a further finding that Gulf conducted a partnership in the operation of a filling station.
