This action originated in the Court of Common Pleas wherein Shaker Medical Center Hospital (hereinafter called the plaintiff) filed its petition against Blue Cross of Northeast Ohio (hereinafter called Blue Cross) praying for a mandatory injunction to compel Blue Cross to enter into a contract with plaintiff for hospital services furnished by plaintiff to Blue Cross subscribers who were patients of the plaintiff.
