The defendant assigns as error the refusal of the court below to quash the bill of indictment on the grounds hereinafter discussed.

It appears that at the March Term 1961 of the Superior Court of Alamance County a typewritten bill was sent to the grand jury charging that the defendant unlawfully, wilfully, and feloniously did commit the abominable and detestable crime against nature.
