This is an action against the Santa Fe Trail Transportation Company and three of its officials for an alleged unlawful discharge of the plaintiff from employment. Appeal has been perfected from an order of the trial court sustaining a demurrer to the second amended petition as amended (hereafter referred to as the petition).
