This is an action in tort in which Leo Golmon, individually and on behalf of his minor son, Richard Lee Golmon, seeks damages for personal injuries suffered by his son, plus medical expenses. The defendants are Bringhurst Golf Course, Inc. and its liability insurance carrier, Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York.
