Husbands, and his subrogated collision insurer brought this suit for $316.92 damages to Husbands' automobile resulting from a collision with defendant's automobile which occurred between 5:00 and 5:30 P.M. on June 17, 1960 in the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Carondelet Street in the city of New Orleans.
