THOMPSON, Justice.

A jury found Harvey guilty of grand larceny. Judgment was duly entered upon the verdict and sentence imposed. He appeals. We believe the judgment of conviction must be reversed because of an error committed by the trial court while orally instructing the jury regarding the elements constituting the offense of grand larceny.
