The license of the defendant O.H. Bengtson to practice law was suspended on January 31, 1961 pursuant to our Rule I,1 because of his conviction of a felony on October 12, 1960. This matter is now before us upon the recommendation of the Board of Governors of the Oregon State Bar that defendant be permanently disbarred.
