We are concerned in this appeal with a rather narrow issue. It is whether the trial court erred in accepting the evidence presented by the plaintiff's expert on the valuation of the plaintiff's hydroelectric plant and electric transmission and distribution systems in Monroe in preference to that of the defendant's witnesses. As the defendant has abandoned the portion of its appeal having to do with the valuations...
