This is a suit brought under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act by plaintiff-appellant, Percy Aymonde, for total and permanent disability as a result of an accident in which plaintiff lost an eye. Plaintiff's employer, State National Life Insurance Company, and its compensation insurer, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, are the defendants-appellees.
