The judgment under review is the grant of an interlocutory injunction. On the hearing, the evidence consisted of the pleadings and affidavits of witnesses which disclose, on behalf of the plaintiff, Williams, that he owns and resides on the premises at 1970 Dodson Drive in the City of Atlanta, near the intersection of Campbellton Road and Dodson Drive; that the rain and surface water falling on the paved streets in this area of the two streets flow...
