Nathaniel Parren, the defendant, was convicted under an indictment that charged him with illegal possession of narcotics. His motion to suppress the admission in evidence of certain heroin and marijuana found in his personal possesion and in his apartment was overruled, and he was found guilty and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than four nor more than seven years in...
