PER CURIAM.
Defendant was indicted, tried before court and jury and convicted of the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, as defined by section 321.281, Code 1962, I.C.A. He was sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and costs and in default of payment was ordered confined to the county jail 30 days. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Hence the judgment is
