This is an application for an order prohibiting the Justices of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, County of New York, from hearing, trying, or determining a proceeding on an information filed in said court for lack of jurisdiction by reason of article I (§ 8, cl. 3) of the United States Constitution and the Federal Trade Commission Act.

Respondents cross-move to dismiss for legal insufficiency.
