This is is an appeal by the defendant, Ralph Everett Moore, from a criminal conviction for violating the provisions of section 66-1007, R.C.M. 1947, dealing with the practice of medicine without a certificate, a misdemeanor.

The defendant was tried by a jury, found guilty and sentenced to 90 days and a $500 fine. From this conviction he appeals.
