This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court for the county of Berrien declaring a residential zoning ordinance invalid as applied to plaintiffs' property. This action was instituted after the village of Shoreham denied plaintiffs' petition to rezone their parcel from residential to commercial in order that a gasoline station might be erected thereon.
