PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by Juan G. Garcia and others, from a judgment of the District Court of Duval County, Texas, declaring the elections held in that county, one for the issuance of $5,750,000.00 "Road Bonds", and the other for the issuance of $250,000.00 "Park Bonds", to be valid, and refusing to enjoin the issuance of such bonds.
