TRIPP, Special Referee, dated October 26, 1962, to whom I referred, to hear and report, the receiver's motion to punish the defendant Harry Silverman for contempt of court in disobeying the orders of Mr. Justice LIVOTI dated respectively June 28 and July 20, 1962.
