Joseph Dalton and Phillip Miller were separately indicted in the Court of Oyer and Terminer of Bucks County on charges, inter alia, of burglary, larceny, and conspiracy. After a joint trial, covering three days, the jury returned verdicts of guilty. Motions in arrest of judgment and for a new trial were denied, and sentences were imposed.
