At about 8:30 p. m., on September 12, 1958, plaintiff, George Mentel, Jr., was driving his truck south on Aris Street in Metairie, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, approaching Rose Avenue. Defendant, Bertha L. Nosacka, was driving her Chevrolet automobile west on Rose Avenue. The two vehicles collided in the center of the intersection of the two streets, resulting in damage to the truck and personal injuries...
