We are concerned here with the following question: Where appellant was charged with threatening to do bodily harm on a single occasion, did the trial court err in admitting into evidence the testimony of the complainant and another witness that on prior occasions appellant had threatened the complainant?

Appellant was tried by the court and convicted of threatening to do bodily harm to the complainant in violation of Code Section 22...
