The plaintiff Rachal was injured in a motor vehicle collision. Rachal was driving his Ford and overtaking to pass a Chevrolet driven by Earl Racine, when Racine turned left across his path. By this suit, the plaintiff Rachal seeks damages from Racine's liability insurer.
