In this tort action plaintiff seeks damages for personal injuries received while a guest passenger in a 1955 Chevrolet Sedan owned and being driven by her husband, when said automobile collided with the rear of a parked 1956 Chevrolet Sedan owned and being operated by the defendant, Marvin Davis.
