This is a motion to review taxation of costs in the above actions. The costs have been taxed by the Clerk only in those cases in which a final judgment was directed to be entered on behalf of the defendants. There are four actions which still await trial on the issue of damages. In those cases no costs have been taxed. There were originally nine lawsuits, in which there were a total of twelve sets of plaintiffs. Each lawsuit alleged a cause...
